Youth Services The Youth Services Department works with a variety of youth and young adults who are experiencing episodes of running away, homelessness, pregnant and parenting  issues or other types of “high risk” life-altering circumstances. The Youth Services Department is made up of seven distinct program components, spanning more than a quarter of a century of quality services throughout Onondaga County:
 variety of strength-based interventions. Each of the programs listed above are also designed to incorporate the complete and voluntary participation of youth and families while also featuring an array of unique service related options and opportunities:
